ARE YOU OK

In light of recent news and difficult public conversations, the Eastern Province wants to remind our members and our community that mental health matters.

Times of uncertainty, stress, and public controversy can trigger anxiety, depression, emotional fatigue, and feelings of fear or frustration. We encourage everyone to take care of their mental and emotional well-being, check on family and friends, and seek support when needed.

The Fraternity’s “Are You OK?” initiative was created to encourage meaningful conversations, increase awareness, and remind individuals that it is okay to speak up and ask for help. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply check in and ask someone, “Are you OK?”

If you are struggling, you are not alone. Reach out to a trusted friend, a professional counselor, faith leader, or community support organization. There is help available, and healing is possible.

We invite you to watch a special recorded message from the Eastern Province Polemarch as he shares encouragement, perspective, and a reminder of the importance of mental wellness during this time.
