CARTER, ARTHUR J., 78 of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on February 28, 2022. He is survived by one daughter, Sonja Waddy; three grandchildren, Joshua, Lejontu, and Secorra Waddy; four sisters, Viola Carter, Carolyn Doyle(Albert), Sylvia Lee(Warren), and Karen Carter; five brothers,William L., Richard E.(Wilberta), Theodore C., Samuel L. and Gary Carter; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sisters- in- law, Margaret, Patricia and Cynthia Carter; and other relatives and friends. Brother Carter was a Spring 1968 initiate of the Clafin College Chapter, the Gamma Nu of Kappa Alpha Psi. He was a Life Member.
