C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference

The C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC) is Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s premier leadership training event. Each year, undergraduate and alumni members come together for a powerful weekend of development, training, and brotherhood.

Named in honor of the 16th Grand Polemarch, Clarence R. Wilson, the conference equips brothers with the tools to lead effectively, strengthen chapter operations, and uphold the fraternity’s legacy of achievement.

From officer training workshops to leadership development sessions, CRWLC is designed to prepare today’s brothers to be tomorrow’s leaders in the fraternity, in the community, and beyond.
