The 2025 Centennial Eastern Province Council Career Expo will be held on Friday, March 28th, from 1:30 - 5:00 PM.

This event will provide upcoming and recent graduates, career seekers, and career switchers desiring educational and/or career opportunities.

This event will provide upcoming and recent graduates, career seekers, and career switchers desiring educational and/or career opportunities.

BECOME A VENDOR

Interested vendors will fill out the requested information as an application to participate. All submissions will be reviewed, and participants will be selected based on the type of organization and the career and/or educational opportunities offered. This way, we can provide variety and not have an abundance of duplicate vendors. If your organization is selected to participate, then you will be notified and provided the next steps for participation. ALL SELECTED VENDORS WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE BELOW DEADLINES. IN THE EVENT YOU CANNOT, THEN YOUR SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE NEXT VENDOR ON THE WAITING LIST.

  • Tuesday, March 4th (1:30 PM - 5:00 PM) - Deadline to apply for participation.
  • Wednesday, March 5th - Notification of selection to participate.
  • Friday, March 21st - Vendor payment must be received (credit card processed or mailed check(s) received)

VENDOR FEES

The vendor fee covers a booth (which includes a 10' X 10' area with one 6' table and two (2) chairs) and lunch for up to two (2) recruiters.

  • Government Organization - $200.00
  • Non-Profit Organization - $300.00
  • College/University - $300.00
  • For-Profit Organization - $400.00

While a credit card is the preferred payment method, an organization may request to be invoiced.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds are subject to a $75.00 fee.
