Kappas in Annapolis returns on Monday, February 23, 2026, bringing members together for a powerful day of advocacy and engagement at the James Senate Office Building.

This annual gathering offers Kappas the opportunity to connect directly with state leaders, discuss critical legislative issues, and collectively amplify their voice on matters affecting their communities.

Join us as we represent with purpose, unity, and action in the heart of Maryland’s legislative process.

Attire: Kappa Blazer

Brothers will be escorted to Red Red Wine Restaurant for food and libations. Senator Harris and Brother Brandon Todd reserved the back area of the restaurant to fellowship, enjoy our Bond, and receive comments from your Brothers in Annapolis.

The Eastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. was established in 1925 during the 15th Grand Chapter Meeting. Earl B. Dickerson, the fifth Grand Polemarch, appointed John Miller Marquess as the first Eastern Province Polemarch. Initially, the province's boundaries extended from Boston, MA, to Washington, DC, but over time, they evolved to primarily include Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Bermuda
