The Eastern Province is opening the advertisement submissions for the upcoming 2023 Eastern
Province Council Meeting scheduled for March 23-26, 20230. We would like to invite chapters
of the Eastern Province, to purchase and submit an advertisement for our Province Council
Souvenir Booklet.

Guidelines for Ads

To ensure maximum quality and avoid printing problems, please follow these guidelines for
creating your ads.
– Design your ad using one of the sizes.
o Type Size Price
o Full Page 7.5×10 $200
o Half Page 7.5×4.75 $100
o Quarter Page 3.5×4.75 $50

Deadline March 5, 2023

– High-resolution PDF files are preferred, although JPEG, EPS, PNG, or TIF files in high
resolution is also acceptable.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ADS

– No bleed
– All ads print in full-color CMYK
– Each ad will be bordered by a one-point black rule
– Other formats and scannable originals may be used but the quality will not be as high.
– If the ad is sized incorrectly, we reserve the right to resize and/or re-create it to fit
accordingly.
– We cannot use ads, images, and logos sent as Microsoft Word or Publisher files, we graphics,
or low-res graphics (under
300dpi)
