During this time of uncertainty, and respect for social distancing, our chapter is hosting our 8th Annual 5K Run/Walk virtually!

A virtual race is a race that you can run or walk from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. You run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Your medal will be shippe directly to you before the race so you can place it around your neck and celebrate immediately.

All registered participants get some cool SWAG: a t-shirt, a bib to download, and a serious piece of hardware: a 4.5” x 3.5” medal! The swag ships throughout the US and Canada.
