Kirby Wright, 89, of Danville, VA, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at SOVAH Health, Danville, VA.
Born August 1, 1935 in Danville, VA, he was the son of the late Henry Wright, Sr.. and Louise Bradshaw Wright. He was married to the late Thelma Griffin Wright.
He was the last survivor of his generation.
Survivors include one daughter, Tammy W. Warren (Craig, Sr.) of Danville, VA; two grandchildren, Tamela Williamson (Ridge) and Craig Warren, Jr. both of Danville, VA and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother Robert Wright.
