2009 C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference
The 2009 C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference will be held on November 7-8, 2009 on the campus of Coppin State University located at 2500 West North Avenue, Baltimore, MD. 21216. This years’ Theme: “Creating Inspiration, a Call to Service”. This is the fourth year that the CRWLC will he held in conjunction with MOIP.
This is a two-day conference, so plan accordingly. Please note that chapter officers must attend all three mandatory roll calls in order to receive the certificate of completion. This is now a requirement for chapter certification. In addition, there will be no Officers Workshop since the Eastern Province hosted a workshop on August 29, 2009.
There is plenty of parking located adjacent to the buildings in addition to handicapped parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance regarding conference location and parking. Other highlights include: Undergraduate Summit, Health Fair, Job Fair, Undergraduate Social, and the Polemarch’s Round Table.
The Marriott Baltimore Waterfront Hotel is located approximately seven minutes from campus. The Hotel is just steps away from restaurants and shops at the Inner Harbor, in addition to the Baltimore Convention Center & attractions.
***We are asking those chapter’s that have an advisor to the undergraduate chapter to sponsor a one-night hotel stay for that undergraduate chapter.
Conference registration will begin promptly on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. –8:00a.m, on the campus of Coppin State University, with conference beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Registration Information
Registration for this year’s conference will be open until November 1, 2009. There will be no on-site registration this year. Late registration will be enforced.
Undergraduate: $45.00
Graduate: $45.00
LATE REGISTRATION (Nov. 2): $55.00
NO on-site Registration
All chapters and brothers are encouraged to use the Province Website: http://www.epkapsi.org/ to complete the online registration process using PayPal. For those chapters wishing to mail in registration forms, the registration form can be downloaded and sent to the Province Keeper of Exchequer, Ronny Hyman no later than November 1, 2009. Please complete one registration form per chapter using certified checks, or money order.
There will be no on-site registration. Chapter Polemarchs and Chapter Advisors are strongly urged to collect all monies and complete the registration form for all mandatory attendees and other brothers in their chapters that will be attending the conference. Registration is mandatory for all Chapter officers and spring 2009 MOIP initiates.
Note** All Spring 2009 MOIP initiates whose fees were paid in advance must register to show attendance. If you are attending, then you must register. Each Chapter Polemarch is asked to make sure that the Undergraduate Chapter Polemarch and Advisor are made aware of this announcement and registration requirement.

Coppin State is just seven minutes from the hotel. It is best to use mapquest, www.mapquest.com or some other navigation tool for directions. The CRWLC committee will provide directions from the hotel to the University.
